1.生產(chǎn)設備維護保養(yǎng)及維修，解決設備出現(xiàn)的故障和偏差。
To make the preventive maintenance of company productive equipments, taking care of failures, deviations and reparation.
2.按照計劃進行設備維護，降低設備非計劃停機時間。
Repair machinery within minimum time according to the established schedule.
3.參與新設備和新機器的安裝和驗收。
Participate and collaborate in assembly and acceptance of new installations and machinery.
4. 參與備件和消耗品的管理以消除停機。
Participate in the management of spare parts and consumables to eliminate downtime.
5. 培訓使用者正確使用和維護機器設備。
Train all the users about maintenance and rational usage of all the machines and installations.
6. 向設備主管匯報工作，例如在設備方面出現(xiàn)的異常等。
Report to maintenance supervisor about his activities, e.g. new deficiencies detected in the equipment.有注塑類設備經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
