1) 負(fù)責(zé)創(chuàng)始合作伙伴售后服務(wù);
Responsible for founding partners after-sales service;
2) 即時(shí)有效地與創(chuàng)始合作伙伴溝通–理解他們的需求以確保達(dá)到他們的目標(biāo)。建立與維護(hù)公司與客戶間的良好聯(lián)系;
Instantly and effectively communicate with founding partners-- to understand customers’ needs to ensure to realize their objectives. Set up and maintain good communication between the company and customers;
3) 對(duì)創(chuàng)始合作伙伴合約,包廂合約中客戶及我方的權(quán)益,義務(wù)了如指掌,嚴(yán)格有效的履行。積極開發(fā)利用客戶的資源,宣傳場(chǎng)館,租用場(chǎng)地,達(dá)到公司間互惠互利的目的;
Know well founding partner agreement, customers’ and our rights and interests in VIP suite contract and strictly implement them. Promote venues, rent venues to achieve the purpose of mutual benefit between companies;
4) 在活動(dòng)日主動(dòng)積極招呼,招待新老客人。對(duì)貴賓入口,貴賓休息室,包廂等貴賓聚集地自主積極的進(jìn)行巡邏,確保這些區(qū)域內(nèi)一切設(shè)施,人員配備完善;
Actively greet and treat new and old guests. Actively patrol in VIP entrance, VIP room and VIP gathering place to ensure the completeness of all the equipment and personnel in these areas;
5) 及時(shí)把包廂客人的票子,場(chǎng)館內(nèi)的活動(dòng)表演信息提供給客人;
Timely provide the information of the suite tickets and performance to customers;
6) 負(fù)責(zé)幫助客人把演出當(dāng)天需要的飲料,食品事先提供給Element Fresh ;
Responsible for helping the guest passing the F&B requirement to Element Fresh in advance;
7) 活動(dòng)日主動(dòng)接待好客人,負(fù)責(zé)完成活動(dòng)后的反饋和分析;
Actively greet guests on the event day, responsible for the feedback and analysis after activities;
8) 積極發(fā)掘新客人,進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上研究,參加商務(wù)活動(dòng),不斷擴(kuò)大客戶網(wǎng)絡(luò),為部門提供潛在客戶;
Actively explore new guests, carry out online research, participate in business activities, and constantly expand the customer network and recommend potential customers to the department;
9) 落實(shí)贊助商的廣告進(jìn)行更新、維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)。
Confirm the sponsors’ advertisement boards’ update and maintenance.
崗位要求:
1) 有客戶銷售及服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Have sales and after sales service working experience;
2) 擁有銷售和市場(chǎng)工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先考慮;
Having sales and marketing work experience will be considered with priority;
3) 必須具有良好的中英語書面和口頭表達(dá)能力;
Have good written and oral expression ability in English;
4) 必須熟練使用辦公自動(dòng)化(Word, Excel, PPT);
Skillfully use office automation (Word, Excel, PPT);
5) 能夠根據(jù)事件和會(huì)議的優(yōu)先性以及快速變化的日程表,始終保持專業(yè)和一絲不茍的工作態(tài)度。
Constantly maintain professional and meticulous work attitude according to the priority of work tasks and meetings and a rapidly changing schedule.
