分管工程部、安保部、保潔部及停車場，負(fù)責(zé)運(yùn)營標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、運(yùn)營流程的制定、執(zhí)行和審核;結(jié)合國際性場館***管理模式,并將其融入公司場館管理準(zhǔn)則,從而規(guī)范活動日和非活動日的運(yùn)營流程，建立完善的外包供應(yīng)商評估辦法,協(xié)助完善場館安全流程;參與制定指揮中心匯報和運(yùn)營規(guī)劃流程。
Manage Engineering department, security department, housekeeping department, and car parking lot, responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing standard operating procedures. Standardizing event and non-event day operational procedures by adopting international arena best practices whilst at the same time adapting them to the operating principles present in China. In addition establishing comprehensive performance measures for all external contractors will be a key role as will assisting with procedures related to venue safety protocols. Develop a robust command center reporting and operational planning process.
1) 具有5年以上體育及娛樂場館運(yùn)營管理經(jīng)驗;
Preferably have more than five years of experience in sports and entertainment venue operational management;
2) 具有一定的體育和娛樂場館設(shè)施設(shè)備操作知識;
Have the knowledge of functions, operations and equipment of a multipurpose sports and entertainment facility;
3) 了解適用的公共設(shè)施安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及安全守則;
Know safety practices and all applicable safety standards for public facilities;
4) 能夠參與規(guī)劃、協(xié)調(diào)以及監(jiān)督所有運(yùn)營事項的進(jìn)行;
Able to participate in plan, coordinate and supervise the operational activities;
5) 具備相關(guān)設(shè)施的知識和經(jīng)驗，包括托運(yùn)，置景，維修，內(nèi)務(wù)，交易，影音，電子，餐飲，商場等;
Obtain relevant equipment knowledge and experience, including transportation, stage construction, maintenance, internal affairs, deals and electric and F&B and shopping mall;
6) 能夠與各部門主管、下屬、客戶和公眾建立并維持有效的工作關(guān)系;
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, subordinates, arena tenants and the public;
7) 能在晚上、周末及節(jié)假日上班；
Adapt to work at night, weekends and holidays.
